WTF? HOW IS LAWRENCE TABAS AN ELECTORAL COLLEGE ELECTOR FOR TRUMP AND ALSO SABOTEUR LEAD COUNSEL FOR TRUMP ELECTORS?

RED ALERT DONALD TRUMP!

[UPDATED @4:35 P.M. 12.5.16 with Election Code statute, 25 P.S. § 3457 and discussion,  as follows in brackets.

(C) When presidential electors are to be elected, their names shall not be printed upon the ballot, but in lieu thereof,
the names of the candidates of their respective parties or political bodies for President and Vice-President of the United
States shall be printed together in pairs under the title "Presidential Electors." All ballots marked for the candidates
for President and Vice-President of a party or political body shall be counted as votes for each candidate for presidential elector of such party or political body.

This section of the Election Code makes Lawrence Tabas an interested party to any recount or contest petition. Tabas is a candidate for the office of Presidential Elector - for whom the votes were cast - according to law - and that is why he is in severe violation of established ethical standards. Such cavalier disrespect for attorney ethics in a case of such national importance is more than grossly negligent, it is blatantly reckless.

Lawrence Tabas should recuse himself from eligibility to the Office of Presidential Elector and he should have no further involvement representing the other Candidate-Electors, and he should report himself to the bar authorities and ask for mercy hoping not to be disbarred forever from the practice of law.]

I just learned that Lawrence Tabas is one of the twenty candidate-electors for Donald Trump from Pennsylvania. I was updated from a comment here yesterday. In that post, I accused Tabas of being a traitor saboteur who - while appearing in court as representing the interests of Donald Trump and his slate of electors - was actively working against Trump being sworn in. And I have a lot more to publish concerning my bizarre correspondence with Tabas and another key member of the legal team who is supposed to be representing Trump's interests. (More on that in the days ahead, and it isn't good.)

It's not even remotely ethical that Lawrence Tabas is a Candidate-Elector representing Donald Trump in the Electoral College - while also being lead counsel on behalf of Trump's Pennsylvania Electors during Jill Stein's recently dismissed election contest.

His filings in the contest failed to make the court aware that he was appearing Pro Se - a Latin term meaning "for oneself" or "on one's own behalf"

For the statewide contest, Tabas was the top named attorney in the Application To Dismiss - which was not granted on the papers, and, therefore was a humiliating failure as far as I am concerned. I do not have any faith Tabas has put Donald Trump's interest, and the American people's interest above his own.

It might appear at first glance that all of the electors have the same interest, but how do we  know that for sure? Twenty humans caught in the most bizaro Presidential election cycle this nation has ever seen.

Electors might vote for whomever they like. And the state would then have a conundrum in submitting their slate.

That they almost always vote the same, does not change the fact that they have the freedom to choose, and many of them are being harassed with death threats, and offers of who knows what?

Therefore, Tabas - being an elector - and a Philly law hot shot - should not also have been lead counsel for the other electors.

HOW IS THAT NOT A CONFLICT OF INTETREST?

HOW CAN WE BE SURE TABAS IS NOT PLANNING ON BEING A FAITHLESS ELECTOR?

Were the other candidate-electors notified? Did they consent? We know the court papers do not show Tabas appearing "Pro Se". Look at page 6 of the Answer filed in the Stein Contest, and look at page 27 of the Application to Dismiss. Lawrence Tabas had an absolute ethical duty to make the court, and all litigants and counsel aware of his conflict.

In a year when there is a lot of talk about the real danger of faithless electors to Donald Trump, now, more than ever, Lawrence Tabas had a crucial ethical duty to let all parties know that he was both a candidate-elector as well as lead counsel for the other candidate-electors.

Furthemore, in failing to challenge the verification affidavits in the Stein election contest as both statutorily insufficient and fraudulent (despite my spending 16 minutes on the phone with his co-counsel, gifting them the winning path) - Tabas and his team put the other nineteen candidate electors at risk. All of this was before Jill Stein withdrew the case.

Tabas appears to be a saboteur and he needs to be removed from the Electoral College immediately.

Why hasn't Lawrence Tabas entered an:

EMERGENCY STAY OF THE ALLEGHENY COUNTY RECANVASS TO BE FILED TOMORROW AT 8:30 A.M. ON BEHALF OF AT LEAST ONE OF THE TWENTY TRUMP ELECTOR-CANDIDATES.

Why hasn't Lawrence Tabas done anything to stop the recanvass in Allegheny County at all?

Add all of the above to this...

BLATANT SABATOGE OF TRUMP ELECTORS BY GOP ATTORNEY RON HICKS IN ALLEGHENY COUNTY HEARING.

...and it's like a nightmare, Donald Trump.

YOUR NEST IS INFESTED WITH PARASITES!

  1. Okay I think you need to calm down . Listen i'm not saying your information is wrong, but you need to calm down. This is starting to become a conspiracy theory

  2. Gee, ya think, Blair?? Everybody can see where this is going. Now is the time to be concerned. It appears as if there is massive corruption in PA; if they are willing to do this, what else are they willing to do?

Jander has recognized what I did the minute I heard of Jill Stein's filing; the real danger lies in evidence of "hacking" being found. Evidence that would be placed there by the losing side. Because it would have enormous implications. Cast doubt on the legitimacy of the entire election. Cause more riots in the streets. Possibly cause civil war. And then, at the end of it all, and I'm not sure if Jander has realized it yet, it just may possibly cause Obama to declare martial and "extend" the elections. Just for a short while, you see, while we get to the bottom of Trumps crimes and his treason of working with Russia. And perhaps this was the plan all along.

    1. I know the real danger, but they're not going to be any faithless electors . Most states haves laws , and rules about it. If a faithless elector , well if anyone is stupid to vote against . They will be punish

    2. Diogenes is dead on balls accurate. I posted facts indicating a clear ethical conflict of interest. You feel comy with Tabas as an elector? Hes already proved faithless.

    3. I m not saying , he wasn't trying to sabotage . I'm saying at the point where they're going to have to vote . He will have to vote for Trump. Most states has penalties if you vote faithlessly . This is all one last ditch effort.

    4. If the "he" who was trying to sabotage - and Jander has made a good case that that's what he did - was supposed to be a Republican it indicates collusion on an alarming scale, where it counts the most. We're supposed to calm down about a GOP attorney practicing sabotage against our side? How would that be helpful? Here's an idea: Do what the Left does and OVERREACT to every little thing, make a federal case out of it all, to cut them off immediately.

    6. Trump supporters Jack Posobiec, Adam whats-his-name with the marathon-length Periscopes, and Bill Mitchell have done our side a disservice. Especially Mitchell, who has spent his days tweeting about what a genius he is and Trump is and haughtily insisting to concerned people there's absolutely nothing to worry about. And then the PA political consultant Adam announces to the world Saturday (on Periscope) that all of his *special contacts* at the courthouse have assured him that everyone there thinks this is all a joke. Then he's surprised when Stein changes venues.

Jander please give an update on the Trump team. We don't see any evidence that they've wised up.

    7. The penalty is meaningless, it's like $1,000, assuming it even applies in that state. Soros would gladly pay him 1000 times that.

But that's not the danger - this is NOT about the votes. Nobody would buy that. That's an intentional distraction. This is about FRAMING Trump for "hacking" and portraying him as a traitor.

  5. Trump has actually GAINED 39 votes in WI recount as of day 4 (it is about 40 percent complete). Assuming nothing much changes there (a very safe bet) he is at 270 anyway. I lived in WI for 8 years - they count clean there and their elections operations are honestly run for the most part.

The recount in MI is supposed to start today, but the AG filed an emergency petition with the MI Supreme Court over the weekend to stop it. As the MI Supreme Court is 5-2 GOP majority, I suspect they will uphold the AG's petition and halt the recount there. This puts Trump at 286. MI also has a national reputation for counting clean.

It troubles me to read about the apparent corruption in PA, but frankly, I don't see Stein's federal lawsuit resulting in a statewide recount being ordered as her state suit did not go anywhere and she blatantly bypassed the state to file in federal court. Fed. courts don't like their dockets clogged with cases that could have been ruled on at the state level. Even if a federal judge were to rule today that a statewide PA recount should proceed beginning tomorrow, there is no way they could finish it prior to the Dec. 13th safe harbor date. "Run out the clock" seems to be the Trump team's PA strategy.

As for Jander's post about Lawrence Tabas, I would urge Jander and anyone else interested to Google "Hamilton Electors." I think Tabas has sold out to that group. It makes sense they would target electors in WI, MI, and PA for their cause.

  6. Now i have an idea , and well a better theory . Okay according to a video on man from Pennsylvania .( Who is also inform about the laws) . Basically he said Common Wealth court was not taking her case seriously.( Which shows gross negligence, but still not serious) So if they still had the hearing, they were going to reject it . Jill probably knew this , she even tried to say wait a few more days . But then Trumps team fill another thing to reject that request . And since PA as still doing a hearing . She knew she was not going to win this case . So she withdrew , and trying the fed level. Hoping to find a fed judge to grant her request

    1. Not taking it seriously would have meant never docketing and sanctioning her attorneys for perpetrating a fraud. Placing that stench on the docket was a fraud in itself.

  7. Jander, thank you so much for exposing this. Those of us without the legal background can "sense" this, but don't have the knowledge or experience to prove it. Please keep it up and stay safe. There actually is a final dimension to this that I believe is the last play, but it is so extreme I don't want to even mention it, and I hope we can stop this coup in time.

Aside from pushing your info everywhere, is there anything else I/others can do to help?
